- 13.
The issues were resolved, and I was alone in
the living room.
If it was mine, no one else was going to touch
- it.
I grabbed my gifts and went back to my
room. I heard the housekeepers talking about
Brittany.
“She wasn’t raised right, she just isn’t in the
same league.”
“I agree. She wants to fight with our
daughter, it is like a child fighting an adult.”
I knew who they were. Brittany always called
them auntie, acting like they were best
friends.
Brittany ran out from behind a corner and
grabbed both of their hair.
“You bitches! Was I not good to you? Why
are you talking about me like that?”
The three of them started fighting.
I started recording.
When the fight was over, Brittany had
bloodied the other women.
く
She saw me filming and panicked.
“You planned this to hurt me.”
I shook my finger. “No, you did this to
yourself.”
She thought being nice to the housekeepers
would make them do what she wanted?
The people who worked here were all smart
enough to kiss up to people.
Being nice didn’t make you a boss, it just
made you a joke.
I told her, “Don’t forget who you are. You
need to improve.”
She was trying to win over the housekeepers,
but she should have been trying to get new
skills.
“I don’t need your advice!” Brittany said. “Why
do you get to look down on me just because
you have money?”
I was shocked. I stared at her. “You need to
see a doctor.”
