Mark was sweating profusely, his body shaking.
“How did you get this? It’s impossible!”

My scorn intensified.
<
“That’s why the hospital administrator, Dr.
Zhang, was so eager to help you. He was your lapdog!”
Mark shook his head frantically, denying his crimes.
“He was almost jailed for organ trafficking. You knew he falsified reports, telling poor people they had cancer, then removing their organs. You took money to help him escape justice. Those families were heartbroken.
Their loved ones died because of you. Don’t you feel remorse?”
“And last year’s demolition case! You knew the developers used violence and threats against innocent people. But you took their money and helped them. You destroyed those families for money. Those criminals are still
<
free, profiting from others‘ suffering.”
“You’re lawyers! You should uphold justice, not aid evil and hurt the innocent!”
Rage filled me. I slammed my fist on the
table, showing pictures of the victims and evidence of their crimes.
“Did you ever think about the people you killed? The pain of their families?”
The truth exploded: The comments erupted. “I’ve seen bad people, but these are
monsters! Hell is empty, and the devils are here!”
“The hospital suddenly won that lawsuit? Because of this crooked lawyer! My relative was told he had lung cancer. Another hospital found nothing! It was terrifying!”
“My family was part of that demolition. The
<
developers gave us pennies. We were beaten
for refusing to move! This is true! I can
testify!”
Many victims spoke up. The livestream was
filled with condemnation.
Mark and Susan were silent. They knew these
documents would put them in prison.
They panicked and pleaded.
“Let us go! We’ll take care of Lily for life!
We’ll give her a mansion, cars, company shares!”
“No one will know if you don’t say anything. You’ll be rich! Wouldn’t you want that?”
I shook my head. It was too late.
Suddenly, a loud crash. The door burst open.
“Freeze! Police!”
