Chapter 23
We finally made our way back to the packhouse. Kelly showed me my room on the second floor. Zach and Beneke made their way up to the fourth floor where Zach would be staying. The more I saw them together, the more I knew he was not leaving here. I was both happy for him and sad I didn’t have a travel buddy anymore. Maybe she would want to come with us? I laid my bag on the bed and looked around. Right when you walked in was a small living rooms area with a dark brown leather couch and two wooden end tables with black lamps. A large TV was mounted to the ceiling, and when you pushed a button, it descended, and you could rotate it, so you could watch it from the bed or the couch. On the other side of the couch were French doors that led to a balcony with a wooden rocking chair. The four–poster bed had sheer white fabric cascading down on the sides. Behind the couch were two doors, one that had a huge walk in closet and the other had a large bathroom. The bathroom consisted of siber tile that lined the floor and up the far wall of the waterfall style shower. Falling back into the bed, I let out a large sigh.

Kelly led me down the stairs, across the fover to the other side of the house. She opened a door, and I was greeted with loud voices arguing, balls hitting balls, and laughter, Kelly pulled me in and brought me up to a young girl playing pool with her friends.
“Ashley, this is Nina, Nina, this is Ashley. She is Beta Ethan’s daughter,” Belly said.
Ashley was young, around thirteen or fourteen years old, and had deep brown eyes and long blonde hair. “Hit It is nice to meet you!”
“Hey, nice to meet you, too” I said with a smile on my face. I felt someone watching me, and I turned to see Wyatt up against the wall, with a girl who was like a freaking model clinging to him like a leech. She was 5’9“, skinny, and toned with dirty blonde hair that stopped right below her shoulders. She had her head back laughing at whatever he said, but he seemed to be annoyed by her very presence. Turning back around, I realized I missed whatever Ashley said.
“I think that would be fun! You want to go, Nina? Ashley said.
“Of course she does! It will be so much fun!” Kelly said. “You like shopping, right? We need something sexy to wear for Friday. We need to make a statement!”
Ah, dress shopping for Friday. Well, I do need a dress. “Okay, I am in” I said.
“Awesome yelled Ashely, as she jumped up and down clapping her hands.
“What is so awesome over here?” the model–like girl asked as she moved beside Kelly. She rested her hip on the pool table and folded her arms over her chest, making her boobs pop out more. Ashley rolled her eyes with a grimace on her face. Kelly looked downright annoyed at this girl.

My eyes fell on Samantha, who was about five feet away and on her back. Blood was gushing from her nose. She quickly put up and ran out crying, passing a quietly observing Wyatt. Wyatt stood up and started walking over towards me. My heart wanted to start racing, but I kept my breathing steady and a blank look on my face. “I actually found it quite amuting to watch you punch Samantha. However, I know her, and she will not let this drop, so be prepared for another fight, and she doesn’t play fair.” He was finally standing inches in front of me. He placed one hand above my head and the other was down by his side. My eyes slipped, trailing down his five o’clock shadow, down his neck to his tattoos, his six pack, V–line, and the loose but somewhat tight gray sweats that did little to hide how he felt, or he was just that big. Bringing my eyes back up to his, his face was so close to mine, my breathing hitched, and I saw how dark his eyes were. His wolf wanted out. I have never wanted to be kissed so badly. My eyes trailed to his lips, and I absent–mindlessly licked my lips, and they parted as my breathing got heavier.
“I don’t tolerate disrespect very well,” was the only sentence I could make out. My panties were starting to get wet, and I was sure he could smell my arousal My face was heating up, my nipples were hard, and I never needed release so bad.
“Heim,” was all Wyatt said as he took his free hand and cupped my neck, while his thumb rubbed my lips, I decided to tempt the devil. My tongue slowly licked his thumb that was on my lip. That was all it took for him to crush his lips roughly against mine. His body pushed mine up against the wall and his hand dropped from my neck to around my waist. The hand that was on the door slid down to the back of my neck, grabbed a handful of hair, and yanked back, causing me to gasp. He used that opportunity to shove his tongue deep into my mouth. My hands reacted on their own and threaded my own fingers through his hair.
I felt a low growl deep into his chest as he used both hands to reach around me, grabbing my legs and lifting me up, making me straddle him without breaking the kiss. He kept me pinned to the door, and I could feel the bulge in his pants pressing against my core.
I felt him hesitate for a second, | his kiss became softer. After a few seconds, he stopped kissing me and rested his forehead against mine.
“Duty calls, princess,” Wyatt said, as he tried to catch his breath. He carefully let go of me and started adjusting himself.
“Have fun with that. I am going to take a hot shower and go to bed.”
“Will you be thinking of me in there?” Wyatt asked, as he cocked an eyebrow.
“I don’t know about that,” I teased, which apparently was the wrong answer,
“The fuck if you will.” And with that, he grabbed me again. One hand on the back of my neck and the other around my waist, giving me the most passionate kiss I have ever had, which wasn’t saying much, but kissing Wyatt was like nothing else.
Wyatt slowly pulled away and was apparently satisfied with the look on my face, and walked out of the room, closing the door quietly behind him.
