He angrily grabbed my wrist.
“What’s this attitude of yours? I am the child’s father! I am your husband! Am I not even worthy of knowing the results of the child’s examination?”
I wanted to pull back my hand, but Nickolas held it tightly, so I slapped him across the face.
“Nickolas! You were also fit to be a father to the child!”
Nickolas was probably provoked by me, grabbing my wrist tightly and speaking with anger in his whole demeanor.
“How am I not deserving! I’m telling you, Catalina, even if we get divorced, I will definitely fight for custody of the children. You won’t have a chance to see them again, I am…‘
Before his words had even finished, my dad had already come back with the water. Seeing this scene, he directly punched Nickolas in the face.

Nickolas’s face was filled with guilt, with his parents following behind him.
Athena Marquez, Nickolas’s mom entered the room and looked at me with a forced smile, while Jett
Márquez, Nickolas’s dad, kicked Nickolas directly in the body.
Jett spoke with a smile.
“Catalina, we all know what happened, It was all Nickolas
fault.”
“We have already given him a harsh lesson, and he knows he was wrong.”
“I made you feel wronged.”
Mom gave him a white eye, just about to speak, but her wrist was grabbed.
I gave her a glance and spoke lightly.
“Jett, you all know how Nickolas treated me during all these years of our marriage

“Let’s go to City Hall,” Nickolas’s face immediately turned pale. He walked to the bedside and knelt down on one knee directly in front of the bed.

Jett, even angrier after listening, directly punched Nickolas, and Athena followed with a slap on
him.
But in the end, it was Athena who had the strength to spare, not Nickolas.
