Howard quickly caught his sister, then lifted her up in his arms and strode out with a cold face.
Juliana and Lydia quickly followed.
After they left, Conrad asked the bodyguards to call the police.
Moira stopped him. “Forget it.”
He frowned and looked at her in confusion.
She puned her lips coldly. “The mastermind has already left. Why make things difficul!”
Conrad was silent for a moment before saying, “Have the waitress take a statement. The police will open a case for investigation.”

Lucas’s greeting attracted Lydia’s attention. She looked at Moira with disgust and displeasure, and as her gaze landed on her son, she was so angry that she slapped Conrad hard on the face,

“You’re such a bad son Lydia said in rage, then glared at Moira before turning and walking down the steps
Lucas opened the car door for her. After she got in, he looked up and smiled. “Conrad, we’ll be going now,”
Moira watched the car drive away until it was out of sight. She then turned to look at the man beside her. Conrad’s face was tense, showing no emotion, but she could tell he was unhappy.
“Let’s go, I’ll take you home.” Conrad walked down the steps first. After taking a few steps, he stopped and waited for her when he saw she hadn’t followed.
Moira stared at him in a daze. She wanted to refuse, but thinking about how he got slapped because of her, she felt a bit guilty and finally followed
him.
