Asher went still when he heard the name Blythe. He’d picked up a lot about her over the past. couple of years. She was capable, great with drinks, and good at making connections.

The next morning at breakfast, Kieran absentmindedly stirred his milk. He had a calm. presence, but he carried authority with every gesture.
