Hearing what Tony said, her eyes narrowed.
I finally understood.
There was a camera. He was just trying to
make sure she would not say anything else, but
his trap worked and the camera was there and
he had a whole video of it.

When she had her moment, everyone knew.
She was done.
Tony was going to kill her and she needed to
remember it was her fault.
The ambulance arrived outside.
Tony looked at me, a sad smile on his lips.
“You are very safe and brave. I wish I knew you more”
With that, he left.

The thing about people like that is that they
